Fall 2008 Information 

Welcome to all referees!

New Referee Training Class:  August 18 from 5:30pm-8:30pm at the PCSL office.   Please call or email the office to reserve a spot in one of the classes.  All new referees must complete this training before you can referee this Fall.

Returning Referees:  We will have a Rules Refresher Meeting before the season begins on September 2 from 6:30-7:00pm at Community Fields (by the shed).  We encourage all returning referees to attend.  Please let us know you can attend by emailing pcsloffice@verizon.net

Availability Form

Please complete the Availability Form and return to the office by September 1, 2008.  

All referees must complete and submit to the office 2 copies of the AYSO Volunteer form.  Go to http://www.eayso.org to complete this form.  

2008 Fall Season Dates: 

First games of the Fall Season will be played on Saturday, September 13, 2008.

The last games of the Spring Season will be played on Saturday, October 18, 2008.

 PCSL provides free training, uniforms, and other necessary equipment for any interested person.  New referees are required to complete a training class to attain a referee certification before being able to referee.   We only ask that you be willing to learn and committed to your assignments.  The age requirement to become a qualified referee is 12.  Each referee that is trained or provides documentation of equivalent training is asked to fill out an "Availability Form."  Based on the submitted "Availability Form" and prior to each session, qualified referees are assigned by the league.
