Roles & Responsibilities
President -
Vice-President -
Registrar -
Arranges seasonal sign-up for the league, gets volunteers for
sign-up, maintains PCSL database, data input and PCSL Goalkeeper
updates, schedules games for fall and spring seasons. Does
mailings to players and coaches when needed. Secretary -
Assists president and other board positions when needed,
maintains minutes at all PCSL board meetings. Treasurer -
Maintains all financial records for the league, creates all
reports when needed. Chief Coach/Education Coordinator -
Train and arrange classes for coaches, contact for coaches of
concerns they have, contact for resources for the league. Field Coordinator -
Arranges use of all fields used by PCSL, keeps contracts with
other parties up-to-date, in charge of the mowing team for the
complex, contact with suppliers of the complex and equipment
used by the league at the complex. Referee Coordinator / Safety -
Schedules referee's for all games, sets up training for new
referees and existing referees in both the fall and spring.
This person is also the contact between all of the
referee's and the PCSL board. Equipment Coordinator -
Keeps track of equipment such as balls, equipment bags,
practice vests, field corner posts, goal nets. Gets
equipment ready for new season, purchase new equipment when
necessary.
