*Please join us by congratulating Jason Willey, our Referee Director!*

Jason was selected by the Midwest Referee Advisory Committee by our state referee association to represent them at either Presidents Cup or the Midwest Region Championships as a referee mentor. He is among a select group of individuals from our state that has earned the privilege and opportunity to represent our state at the Midwest Region Championships. Similar to the teams, opportunities to be selected to represent the MW Region are available based on referee performance.  Way to go Jason!

After careful review and due to recent recommendations from the IDPH, we have amended our current policy on masks for the Fall 2021 season:

Outdoors, Individuals who are not fully vaccinated may resume sports-related activities without wearing masks for any sport played outdoors there will be no requirement for masks regardless of Vaccination status.

Indoors, Individuals should continue to wear a mask during sports-related activities for sports played indoors. We ask that any non-vaccinated visitors to please wear a mask while inside Game Time Gym.

*Please note that this policy is subject to change at any time as recommendations and guidelines are continually changing.   The FC Central Illinois Board will strive to keep up with the recommendations of our local health officials as we make decisions on policy.

* When weather requires additional clothing, it is to be worn under the uniform, including the socks.

Players

PCSL is a recreational youth soccer league offering soccer to children ages 4 to 19.  It is our mission as a nonprofit organization to cultivate the physical, mental, and emotional growth and development of youth through the sport of soccer at all levels of age and ability.

Parents

PCSL encourages participation in youth soccer for what it is - youngsters having fun.  Coaches, parents and spectators should show only good adult behavior on the sidelines and act as role models for the younger players.

Coaches

PCSL relies on volunteers to coach our teams.  We appreciate the time, effort and dedication our volunteers give!  Volunteers make a unique and valuable contribution to the League, the kids, their families and the community.

Referees

PCSL could not provide a fun and safe activity without our Referees!  They play a huge part in the success of our program.
